  It's a wonderful getaway option in a great location, BUT... It has two major flaws that ruined it. First is the water pressure and the water tank capacity. Showering was really difficult, I had to press and hold the switch from the faucet to the shower head to keep the water flowing from the shower head, and it was extremely weak and after 5 minutes it completely stopped I had to close it and wait for few minutes to get some more water.
  Second flaw was air conditioning; the house has two bedrooms and the is no air conditioners in either one, there is only a tiny one in the living room, we went to walmart and bought a fan because it's summer and it was too hot to sleep without AC.
  Other than that, the place is great and well maintained. Furniture is very decent, and location is excellent. Great accessibility to hiking and biking trails. It also has a small grill for bbq and a very nice patio. Don't forget to buy insects repellent; a lot of mosquitoes are waiting to feast on you.
